BASC
Is a business-customs partnership created to promote safe international trade in cooperation with governments and international organizations. Certified Emissions Reduction
AgroAmerica obtained authorization for a biogas energy project from tropical oil mill effluent from the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Guatemala and under the Kyoto Protocol of the United Nations.

Global Gap Certified

Rainforest Alliance Certified
Its role is to certify that “goods and services were produced in compliance with strict guidelines protecting the environment, wildlife, workers, and local communities.” This certification verifies that products have been grown using environmentally responsible practices such as soil and water conservation, fair labor practices are utilized, and there are good community relations. OK Kosher
It is the system of quality control of foods according to the Jewish kosher rules. Having the Kosher certification means that we comply with a strict policy of kosher food laws, including cleanliness, purity and quality.
What is kosher supervision? It is the audit that is performed in the production plant by the supervisor of kosher certification to ensure that certain production lots meet the standards and specifications for the required quality.
Walmart Ethical Standards
Organic production is certified to Fairtrade international standards; which guarantees fair trade to all those involved in the supply chain from the producer to the final consumer.

The Sustainable Sowing Certification -SCS-.
Sustainable Sowing Certification provides agricultural producers around the world with a detailed roadmap for meeting emerging markets with sustainable products. Certified growers are leading the way in working towards environmental protection and responsibility as defined by the requirements of the Global Social Compliance Programme (GSCP), ISO 14024 Type 1 Environmental Labeling, and the American National Sustainable Agriculture Standards (ANSI/LEO-4000).

USDA ORGANIC CERTIFICATION
Sustainable Sowing Certification provides agricultural producers around the world with a detailed roadmap for meeting emerging markets with sustainable products. Certified growers are leading the way in working towards environmental protection and responsibility as defined by the requirements of the Global Social Compliance Programme (GSCP), ISO 14024 Type 1 Environmental Labeling, and the American National Sustainable Agriculture Standards (ANSI/LEO-4000).
It is based on the US Organic Production Standards (NOP-USDA), created by the United States Department of Agriculture. This certificate is required for customers who wish to export their organic production to the United States, even if they have certificates for other countries.

EUROPEAN COMMUNITY REGULATION FOR ORGANIC PRODUCTION
The European organic certification is based on the Organic Production Standards: EU 834/2007 – EU 889/2008, created by the European Economic Community.
This certificate is required for customers who wish to export their organic production to Europe, even if they have certificates for other countries.
To obtain the certificate, you must comply with these standards, and be certified by a certifier that complies with ISO 65, and is accredited by a European regulatory body such as the RVA of the Netherlands.

C- U.S. BUREAU OF CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION TPAT
At AgroAmerica we are audited by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, which performs a process of evaluation and protection of the supply chain and the implementation of security practices against terrorism.

Good Manufacturing Practices -GPM-
Under the Global STD Certificativo seal, we guarantee the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices that promote the integrity of the food manufacturing process and its compliance with food safety regulations.

RSPO Supply Chain Certification Standard
This standard guarantees the traceability of the supply chain.
The standard ensures traceability of the supply chain; management systems are implemented to control the supply chain from the plantations to the certified final product.
